Prior to recommending any coach to a school we undertake our own vetting process that consists of: a face to face interview, identification check, proof of address, right to work in the UK, qualifications verification and CV check.
Subsequently, we work closely with schools and assist with their own compliance process including, but not limited to: a criminal records check, disqualification by Association and Barred List search check. Every coach placement is subject to a successful Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
